What kind of catering do you offer?

We specialize in buffet-style and drop-off catering. We’ll deliver everything ready to serve. If requested, we’ll set up your buffet so it’s presentation-ready, but we do not stay with the food unless you choose the staffing option ($100/hour, 3-hour minimum).

  • Your food will arrive hot if hot, cold if cold, and garnished.

  • Serving utensils are always included.

  • Boxed lunches come with a disposable silverware pack and napkin.

Plates, napkins, drinks, chafing dishes, and on-site servers are not included unless added to your order.

Yes. Optional add-ons include:

  • Disposable chafing racks
  • Additional disposable tableware
  • On-site staff ($100/hour, 3-hour minimum)

$500 per order.

Orders must be placed at least 48 hours before your event. For events happening sooner, please contact us directly by phone or email to see if we can accommodate.

  • 7+ days before event: full refund (minus any special costs already incurred).
  • Less than 7 days: non-refundable.
  • Less than 48 hours: full charge.

We accept all major credit cards for online orders. Checks may be accepted by prior arrangement only.

Yes, a flat 10% delivery and setup fee applies to all orders. This covers standard delivery within our service area and buffet setup if requested. Additional fees may apply for challenging or remote locations (such as tarmacs, marinas, wooded areas, or other hard-to-access venues).

Gratuity for staff is always at the customer’s discretion and is not included in your order total.

While we do our best to fulfill every menu exactly as ordered, availability may vary. If needed, we may make a comparable substitution of equal or greater value.

Our kitchen is not allergen-free. We cannot guarantee against cross-contact of allergens and are not responsible for allergic reactions.

Once your order is delivered, food must be consumed within 2 hours or refrigerated. The client assumes responsibility after that time.
